Enjoy some very special time with your little one in this fun series created just for our youngest yogis (birth - 4 years) and their person. In each 45 minute class we will stretch and move and play and laugh, and you’ll find yourself looking forward to it each week!

Fun, movement, and creativity all in one class!

Join us for six weeks of playful yoga adventures as we celebrate the magic of fall while getting ready for winter! Each 60-minute class is packed with:
    •    Exciting yoga poses inspired by fall leaves, forest animals, and winter wonderlands
    •    Creative crafts to take home each week
    •    Fun games to make kids laugh, move, and connect with new friends
    •    Mindfulness moments to help kids feel calm, confident, and ready to shine

As the school year unfolds, kids face big emotions, busy schedules, and new challenges. Yoga gives them tools to:
    •     Improve focus & attention for learning in the classroom
    •     Build strength & coordination through fun, active movement
    •     Practice calming techniques to handle stress and transitions

Bundle up and get ready for six weeks of joyful yoga adventures as we explore the wonder of winter! Each 60-minute class blends movement, imagination, and creativity to keep kids active, grounded, and full of cheer during the colder months.

Each class includes:
• ❄️ Yoga poses inspired by snowy scenes, winter animals, and cozy moments
• 🎨 Creative crafts to take home each week
• 🎲 Fun winter games to build connection and movement
• 🧘 Mindfulness & breathwork for calm, confidence, and emotional resilience

As winter unfolds, kids often feel cooped up or overstimulated. Yoga gives them tools to:

Introducing… Tween Yoga! (ages 9-12)

Tween Yoga is a fun, meaningful way to navigate the excitement and complexities of the tween years.  Join us for our newest youth yoga offering:  Tween Yoga (ages 9-12).  It's the up-leveled version of our Kids Yoga Program created especially for older kids.  Haven't taken a Kids Yoga class before?  No problem.  We'll be starting with the basics and adjusting to our tween yogis' needs and interests. Stay tuned for special Tween Yoga workshops!
