This inspires me: I am often inspired by the healing power of nature's cycles, the moon and the seasons, and the way they provide a roadmap for personal growth. Seeing a student achieve a breakthrough, those 'lightbulb moments', within that holistic framework is what keeps me passionate about sharing the practice of yoga, Pilates and healing through movement.
