Beginner’s Yoga Series with Tracie

In this 4-class series designed for the complete beginner, we will explore the fundamentals of yoga including the essential postures, helpful props and modifications, and breath-work and mindfulness practices.

If you want to begin your yoga practice, or if you’ve attended some classes but want a little more explanation and a slower pace, or even if you are just curious about yoga, then this series is for you! This is a great way to meet other curious yogis in an environment that welcomes questions and promotes community. You may drop in to any of these four special classes, but we encourage you to attend all four classes for the most complete experience. Yoga benefits the body, mind, and soul, and this is the perfect way to start or reboot your yoga journey!
