FUN(ctional) Flow is a mixed level Vinyasa practice that incorporates movements essential to everyday healthy living such as lunges, squats, rotations, pushing, pulling, and hinging. It’s a strong, but fun practice, with modifications given, using multiple muscles and joints to improve strength and movement patterns.
